This is a nice, healthy, graceful and intelligent compilation, which is Ms. Ferdinandova's personal CREATION!  Knowledge of musclеs, skeletоn and Anatomy and Physiology helped to form it! The class is not like any other Workout: Fitness, Aerobic, Zumba, etc. for "just pumping" muscles, but smooth class based on ballet movements and stretching on floor and barre. It also aims to build self-confidence and develop aesthetically pleasing results!

You already know that dancing is a great way to keep the joins flexible, relieve stress and have fun. It is also the perfect way to get your heart pumping and slim down-almost by accident.

MFBS offers Classical Ballet Classes Vaganova- Russian Method for: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced and Professionals for Women and Men. The Classical dance is "the burning heart confession" according to one of the Greatest Ballet Master Bournonville.



                   Performance technique, and the joy and passion of dancing are emphasized!
